All the Irussh pairs are eligible for cash on delivery. The shipping cost is waived off for prepaid orders across India while for COD, the shipping charges are to be borne by customers at a flat base rate of Rs. 99. We strongly advise opting for online transactions to avoid: mishandling of the cash, higher rate of return to the origin and higher courier charges.

At Irussh, we value time and don’t keep our customers waiting for their orders needlessly. Once the order is placed, it is processed within a day and dispatched within 5 days. After dispatching, the order is delivered within 3 to 4 business days depending upon the pin code. The customers are notified about their order status via email.
Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. Please Note- During festivals, adverse natural or political conditions, your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time and request you to be considerate.

In case, any pre-paid order is lost in transit then the entire amount will be refunded.
